Cancelation & Returns Policy




You may cancel order any time before the products are shipped from our side. Entire amount will be refunded back to you. If your order is already delivered to your address then you may return the product back to us. Please refer to return policy for more information...

In some unavoidable cases it may not be possible for us to process your order and we may cancel your order. In such cases we will immediately notify you by email. reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion. In all such cases the order amount will be reversed back to your credit card/ debit card at the earliest.



In case the orders is cancelled before shipping, for refund of payments made using a Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking, please contact with our Customer Care team ( The refund will be made to your bank account or credit card which was used for the purchase. It may take up to 15 business days to process your refund. If the orders are returned the refund will be processed only after the products are received by us in good condition.


Returns & Shipping back procedure provides 7-day money back guarantee on all products purchased, except special order items.
You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item

If you would like to cancel your order, please click the “contact” tab at the bottom of the page and write your name, order number, item number and reason for return in the blank box labeled “comments” on this page.
A customer service representative will contact you once this form is submitted and will provide you with a return authorization number for your records and for the return package. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

Any shipping charges accrued from the store are not refundable unless the return is due to merchant error.

The following terms must be met

  • Return the merchandise to supplier within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.

  • Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise.

  • You must include all packaging materials.

  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked

  • The buyer should arrange merchandise return only when it is agreed by both the buyer and the seller. If no agreement could be reached between the two parties, a merchandise return may be made in-consultation with Adisys Technologies that operates

  • The buyer should ship the item to the address given customer service representative and provide the tracking/docket number, shipping company’s name and website for delivery tracking.
